Coffee Journey

My journey with coffee started a year ago after a friendly chat with a local market seller. Curious, I began exploring different blends and chatting with fellow coffee lovers. I was surprised by how much I had underestimated people's passion for coffee, some of whom have been enjoying it for years.

Even though I come from Sri Lanka, famous for its teas, I was drawn to the world of coffee. It's not just about the drink itself, but also the soothing aroma that fills the air when you grind the beans.

Currently, we offer eight varieties of coffee: one decaf, three for espresso, and four for filter brewing. Let me share my thoughts on each blend.

Starting with the decaf "Don Joaco," I found it hard to distinguish from the others. The decaffeination process involves Natural Ethyl Acetate, extracted from sugarcane and spring water.

La Mariposa balances Colombian top notes with depth from Tarrazu, known for its quality. Humble Juan, a lighter roast, is creamy and sweet with caramelized hints.

Pilgrim, a customer favorite, combines flavors from Central America and Brazil. And my personal favorite, Humble Juan, offers chocolatey undertones perfect for any time of day.
